Trademark and copyright play important roles in the gaming industry. The need to defend trademarks has spurred many companies to undertake unpopular lawsuits. On the other hand, attempts to copyright or patent game designs have been rejected, which allows developers to incorporate new ideas into their own work but leaves them unprotected from clone games.

Let’s Play H.E.R.O. (Atari 2600)
The game H.E.R.O. by Activision is considered one of the best games for the Atari 2600 and it just happens to be one of my favorite games of all time! The game was pretty advanced for the time and it is still a challenging and fun game to play today. I do my best to try and get through all 20 original levels in this video. Can I make it?
Lukozer Retro Game Review – Captain Blood – Commodore Amiga
Lukozer‘s review of the Amiga game Captain Blood. A typical Infogrammes game in that it looked unique, not just in 1988 but even today. A great sci-fi adventure with a revolutionary communication system… Also features a total fuck up by me as I write the wrong co-ordinates and bugger off to the wrong planet…
