Microsoft started its E3 2017 press conference with the new Xbox One X games console, previously “Project Scorpio.” Next up: a real-world Porsche that’ll feature in Forza Motorsport 7, PC phenomena PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, a release date for Cuphead, a three episode prequel to Life is Strange, a Crackdown 3 trailer starring Terry Crews, and gameplay of Assassin’s Creed: Origins, BioWare’s Anthem, and a very nice looking upgrade for Minecraft. There were, alas, no Halo or Gears of War this year.
Celebrating the 15th anniversary of The Elder Scrolls III! It’s considered by many to be the best in the franchise, but how well does Morrowind (and its expansions Tribunal and Bloodmoon) hold up fifteen years later?
Morrowind was designed with an open-ended free-form style of gameplay in mind, with less of an emphasis on the game’s main plot than its predecessors. This choice received mixed reviews by some members of the gaming press, though such feelings were tempered by reviewers’ appreciation of Morrowind’s expansive and detailed game world. Despite that, Morrowind received both critical and commercial success, winning various awards, including game of the year, as well as selling over four million sales worldwide by 2005.The game spawned two expansion packs, known as Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Both were eventually repackaged into a full set and titled Morrowind: Game of the Year Edition, which released in October 2003.

An entire original XBOX collection was sold to Pink Gorilla Games in Seattle and Kelsey walks us through some of the more rare and expensive games as well as just some of the BEST games for the console! While filming this video, there was a very active karaoke bar in the same building, which is what you hear in the background. Normally I would just reshoot some of that, but I thought it was kind of funny…so we rolled with it!
BTW: The owner of the XBOX collection did not give us permission to disclose how much he was paid for the entire collection. Sorry!

Metal Jesus: Metal Jesus here, and I am back with Kinsey.
Kinsey: Hello, and today we are going to be talking about a buyer’s guide for the original Xbox. So that’s accessories, hardware and some of our favorite games.
Metal Jesus: Let’s take a look. All right so let’s start with the hardware and again this is meant to be sort of a buying guide, in case you’re out at a garage sale, or a pawn shop and you just kind of want to know what to get into if you’ve never actually owned an original Xbox.
Kinsey: And this guy, is the original Xbox.
Metal Jesus: Yes.
Kinsey: It’s one of the first consoles that has an internal hard drive.
Metal Jesus: I believe it was a 10 GB drive, but you had like 8 GBs available to you, but actually it’s funny you just reminded me, is that I was watching a podcast where they were talking, it was the original creators of the Xbox, and one of the really interesting things is that it’s because they put a hard drive in here that games like Halo were even possible.
Seattle collector Emilio found an extremely rare orange HALO original XBOX at a garage sale near Microsoft HQ in Redmond Washington.. There was only one made by a Microsoft employee and here is the story.
There were only 3 clear orange XBOXs made by Microsoft and only ONE of them had the official Halo logo on it. This Xbox is one of a kind!
